Claudia Rose

Claudia Rose is president and founder of BBII. She has over 17 years of industry experience and has presented papers on Systems Engineering tools and processes to AEA, INCOSE, NDIA and AFCEA events. She has served on boards of directors including INCOSE San Diego, NDIA Small Business Forum, AUVSI and the La Jolla Cove Swim Club. She holds an MAIT (Master International Transactions) from George Mason University, with studies at Tribhuvan University Kathmandu, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In addition to her BBII work, Claudia is an accomplished open water swimmer. Some of her major swims include: 21 mile Catalina Channel, Anacapa to Point Hueneme, 11 mile Lake Tahoe crossing, 8.2 mile Pennock Island Challenge in Ketchikan, Alaska (five times), and the first ever solo crossing of the Sitka Sound off Sitka, Alaska.

Alan Brenner

Alan Brenner brings a interdisciplinary technical background in physics, math, systems engineering, electrical engineering and computer science, developed over 30 years of industry experience.  He holds an SB degree in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He has extensive expertise in data fusion programs, system requirements analysis, architecture development, and engineering of high technology systems. Mr. Brenner is an expert in Enterprise Engineering and the definition and implementation of processes to enhance the maturity of an organization.  He has made extensive use of tools and techniques such as SLATE, the various CMM/CMMI models, ISO 9000, TQM, in the achievement of sustained six sigma results.

Kim Idol

As both a data technician and trainer, Kim Idol is an expert in the modification and handling of DOORs, SLATE, CORE and Enterprise Architect among others. She provides data handling support and training to junior staff and customer staff. She also provides technical writing and editing and holds a BA and MA in Science and Education from Mount St. Mary’s College. She has presented professional papers and teaches at UNLV.

Michelle McConica

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, Michelle McConica is adept at identifying and developing new markets and channels for information technology products and services. Previous to BBII Enterprises, she was an Account Executive and Sales Manager with Vortex Learning Solutions (Microsoft Gold Partner and Technical Education Center), ExecuTrain of San Diego (Information Technology software training), and Pitney Bowes (global technology). She leveraged an adaptive, customer-centric marketing approach while successfully engaging the U.S. Government, Military, and a variety of private sector industries such as energy, pharmaceuticals, education, manufacturing, and finance.

She holds a BS in Public Administration from the University of Arizona, Tucson and a Paralegal Certificate in Business Litigation and Intellectual Property from the University of San Diego.
